International Film Festival Apeldoorn
IFFAp
International Film Festival Apeldoorn is realized by the cooperation between the Cultural Center Gigant and Kémi, a professional social organization rooted in Apeldoorn.
IFFAp wants to build bridges between cultures through the cinema. We provide a platform for both emerging and established talent from around the world. We present their films to a diverse audience of enthusiast people.
We focus on:
- the dissemination of film culture to a large, diverse and wide audience
- supporting film and film talent from other countries by offering them a platform
- mutual knowledge of cultures and media literacy among all ages
Edition 2024 will take place on Saturday and Sunday 13 and 14 of April 2024.

International Film Festival Apeldoorn is tot stand gekomen door de samenwerking tussen het Cultureel centrum Gigant en Kémi, een in Apeldoorn gewortelde professionele maatschappelijke organisatie. Kémi initieert IFFAp om bij te dragen aan de bloei van onze mooie stad Apeldoorn.
IFFAp wil een brug slaan tussen werelden en culturen door het inzetten van cinema. We bieden een platform aan zowel aanstormend als gevestigd talent uit de hele wereld en presenteren hun films aan een divers publiek van liefhebbers.
Daarom zetten we in op:
- de verspreiding van filmcultuur naar een groot, divers en breed publiek
- ondersteuning van filmtalent uit andere landen door hen een platform aan te bieden
- wederzijdse kennis van culturen en mediawijsheid bij alle leeftijden`
